BS EN 1279 Part 2 Kitemark Awarded to all AC Yule Glass Plant Sites

The new pan-European standard for kitemarking hermetically sealed glass units been attained at all AC Yule glass plant sites. Formally kitemark BS 5713, the new standard introduces a series of new stringent tests which insure that only the most technologically advanced products will succeed. The new standard has been fazed in over an 18 month period replacing BS 5713. During this time, all previous 5713 internal tests were placed and additional tests introduced marketing director, Mark Yule commented that the new standards insured that the AC Yule group were at the forefront off providing technologically advanced glass sealed units. He further added that the "Kitemark" brand which the group markets glass units under, has been strengthened as a result.For further information, contact
