We are looking to improve the overall customer service provided to our Customers. With this in mind Customer Care Training is taking place at each division and positive feedback has been received from those who have taken part so far. All staff are familiar with their division's Customer Charter which will be issued to our Customers detailing our commitment to provide a first class customer service. Customers are being asked periodically to complete a Customer Satisfaction Review and the results of these will be monitored at Monthly Divisional Review Meetings.
