AC Yule has brought a new Customer Care policy into the work place. All AC Yule employees deal with customers whether it’s internal or external and are customers themselves. We have implemented the policy to ensure we treat our customers right every time.

First impressions count!

We realise Customers make their mind up in the first few seconds and once an impression is made it is very difficult to change. We want to give our customers the best impression every time and this includes both when we answer the telephone and meet our customers face to face.

Each division has its own charter which is displayed in the key areas and each charter is specific to each division.

Divisional awards

Awards have been set bronze, silver and gold. They are achieved by demonstrating to the group that the customer care criteria has been met and maintained. Several key employees will rate the customer care within each division and record the score. We are looking for continuous improvement which has to be maintained and worked on to ultimately give out Customers and excellent service at all times.

Customer Satisfaction Reviews

We regularly ask our customers to rate our product and service we provide. From their feedback and scores we can see how they score us, their comments and from that decide on what corrective actions we need. We will then give them feedback on what we are doing to improve our service and demonstrate our commitment to excellent customer care.

Score card

Each division operates a scorecard with the same headings as at the other divisions. The results are regularly reviewed and assessed and comparisons are made against other divisions. Again it’s about continual improvement of the key areas.

Customers

Customers are asked for their feedback on our performance, We then give them feedback on our actions to correct any failings and build up a good relationship of a group that puts the customer first.
