AC Yule is the first company in Scotland to invest in robotic equipment to apply Super Spacer TriSeal warm edge spacer, enabling the efficient and cost effective manufacture of double glazing insulated glass units to achieve A, B or C energy rated windows.
Super Spacer TriSeal is the premium Warm Edge Technology (WET). WET is a generic term for any spacer bar system that has better thermal performance than a highly conductive aluminium spacer bar.
Super Spacer TriSeal is a flexible, silicone foam spacer for Fixed Commercial and Structural glazing. Its unique triple-seal design incorporates an inner acrylic adhesive seal for immediate unit handling, polyisobutylene primary seal for enhanced gas retention and low-moisture vapour transmission, plus an outer silicone seal for proven structural glazing performance. Super Spacer TriSeal improves the U value of a window by 0.2 W/mē/K.
