Customer Excellence Awards

Congratulations to the Clydebank division on being awarded the Bronze award. Through ongoing training and continuous improvement Clydebank have now been given a target of March to achieve the Silver award. For the other Divisions the Gold award is the target for 2009.

Ron Milne, who audits and scores the Divisional awards, reminds us that Customer excellence gives us a real advantage in the market place. All customers want the highest standards and by all of us treating our internal and external customers to the standards we have set out in our Charters and training presentations we will not only keep our existing customers but get new customers. Customers Excellence comes from you. It starts with answering the phone correctly right through to the driver delivering the right quality product on time. Do your bit to make it better.
