Safeway Inverness

The creation of a new Safeway superstore in Inverness brought about a contract award for AC Yule to carry out structural glazing on the building. AC Yule used Kawneer 1200 Dry Glaze curtain walling, Kawneer 451-T thermally broken framing and also installed the bolted glass entrance, trolley rainshelters and automatic sliding doors. Green glass was used throughout to keep consistent with Safeway's corporate colours. Halliday Fraser and Munro were the architects for the project.
