Orchard Street Newcastle
The Orchard Street building in Newcastle stands out especially in the
evenings when the tower feature at the front of the building is lit up. AC
Yule worked alongside Carey Jones architects in Leeds to create the unique
tower with Kawneer 1200 curtain walling and bull-nose feature caps to
curtain wall transoms. Luxguard solar controlled 502 pivot windows were also
installed to complete the project.
150 Buchanan Street
Buchanan Street is currently regarded as Glasgow's main shopping thoroughfare, lanscaped in 2000 and running parallel between Queen Street and West Nile Street, linking Sauchiehall Street and Argyle Street. A notable feature of the street is it's statue to Donald Dewar.
